Project Description：This project involved the key supporting equipment for power facilities in Sichuan Province, and covered core process systems, such as boiler flue gas circulation of power station, SCR denitrification, waste heat recovery, and high-temperature hot air circulation in air ductwork. Based on the operating characteristics of Sichuan, including mountainous terrain, large temperature differences between day and night, flue gas containing sulfur and dust, and long-term continuous high temperature operation, the entire project was equipped with our High-Temperature Direct-Drive Plug Fans as the core power equipment for conveying high temperature medium. The equipment ensures the stable, environmentally compliant, efficient and long-term operation of power generation units, and accommodates the high-temperature ventilation requirements of various power facilities, including thermal power generation, combined heat and power generation, and biomass power generation.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the annual stable operation rate exceeded 99.8%, fully meeting the 24-hour continuous operating requirements of power generation units; the air pressure and airflow output fluctuations were controlled within ±3%, substantially superior to the ±8% fluctuation range of conventional fans. This ensures constant air pressure and airflow for the denitrification system and waste heat recovery system, and supports stable and efficient operation of the power plant's environmental protection and thermal systems.
