Project Description：The project involved the turnkey supply of supporting high-temperature fans for the coating and heat treatment process lines of an automotive manufacturer in Brazil. Its core objective was to customize and deliver special-purpose high-temperature circulating fans for the customer's entire electrophoretic drying line, intermediate and topcoat curing ovens, and component heat treatment furnaces. The fans are fully compatible with the entire automated high-temperature coating production line. They have been installed, commissioned, and are now operating stably, fully supporting the plant's demands for mass production of complete vehicles, production ramp-up, and routine continuous manufacturing.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the temperature uniformity inside the furnace improved by 67%, effectively resolving issues such as color mismatch, orange peel, and uneven curing of vehicle paint finishes; the overall defect rate in the coating process dropped from 1.2% at the initial commissioning stage to 0.35%, representing a 70.8% increase in process pass rate; the number of parts requiring paint rework was reduced by over 1,000 units per month, significantly lowering rework costs.
